Opening update!
We are pleased to announce we are reopening Monday, April 20. Minimal staff will be available at 8am that morning to begin scheduling appointments.
In order to minimize risk to patients and staff, we are limiting the number of people in the building at any given time. Only the patient with the appointment will be permitted in the facility. In addition, we ask that if you have a cough, shortness of breath or if you have experienced a fever over the past 48 hours that you cancel your appointment and reschedule for a later date when you are feeling better.

MONDAY 8:30pm – 5pm
TUESDAY 8:30pm – 5pm
WEDNESDAY 8:30pm – 5pm
THURSDAY 8:30pm – 5pm
FRIDAY 8:30pm – 5pm
SATURDAY 8:30am-12pm
